  2. Refund Amount: Upon receiving the returned fabric, we will issue a 50% refund of the purchase price. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  3. Shipping Cost: Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the fabric for a refund or exchange.

  4. How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange: To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return window. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

  5. Return Shipping: When returning the fabric, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

  6. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned fabric, please allow us a reasonable amount of time to inspect and process your refund or exchange request.

Please note that our refund policy applies to fabric purchases only. Custom orders, sale items, or special promotions may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
